These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Shop the Look: Outfit Finder mobile application ("the App"), operated by Marc Vallverdú ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
The App allows you to photograph or share images of outfits and discover where to buy similar items online. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
The App offers auto-renewable subscription plans ("Insider") that unlock premium features:
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
If offered, a free trial period allows you to access premium features at no charge. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged the applicable subscription fee.
All content, design, and code in the App are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.
You retain ownership of any photos you submit through the App. By submitting a photo, you grant us a limited, temporary licence to process it for the purpose of providing outfit analysis and product matching. Photos are not stored after processing is complete.
The App relies on third-party services including Google (image analysis), RevenueCat (subscription management), and Apple (payments). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that product matches will be accurate, available, or up to date. Prices and availability shown are sourced from third parties and may change.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device and cancelling any active subscriptions.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
